Deposit paid to Turfgrass for instant lawn. No show by Turfgrass on agreed supply date. Turfgrass promised to deliver the very next date. When they failed again to deliver and could not give a date that they could supply and alternative supplier was contacted. Subsequently it has been difficult to reach Turfgrass by phone and get response to email queries. On the rare occasion that they where reached by phone they promised every time that the deposit will be refunded. This sorry tale has now been going on since Dec 2017 with every single promise being missed by Turfgrass. It appears to me now that this could be a ********** business. Prompting me to warn all who consider installing instant lawn not to be fooled into paying a deposit to Turfgrass.
