TUR*** bad service

Purchased a water pump for my fish pond from Tur*** in Centurion in June 2019. This month it packs up. They send it away for repairs, but the agent, DAB refuses to repair or replace the pump. They send me nonsense photos of some other pump claiming its my pump and was it abused. It never was. Its in a Koi dam with crystal clear water. Tur*** also refuse to help. Never again will i support Tur*** or ever again purchase a DAB product. Buyer beware of bad service.
