Fantastic Service & Great Value for Money

<p>The turbo in my Audi A4 had given up and I needed to have it replaced. I phoned a number of turbo specialists including Audi (charge more than 300% more than other suppliers for exactly the same turbo) and finally stumbled across TurboCare, located in Benoni. </p> <p>I spoke to Gary, who patiently tried to ensure that all the problems that could lead to turbo failure had been checked. Once we had agreed that the next step would be to replace the turbo, he arranged to have one ready for delivery to me the following day. I live out in Johannesburg North and Gary arranged for his representative to deliver the replacement turbo at no additional charge within my urgent time frame.</p> <p>The service I received from Gary at TurboCar and his representative Mark was outstanding to say the least. Audi Dealerships can take a lesson out of these chaps book and learn to understand how to satisfy a customer with superb service and great value for money instead of ripping a customer off with their ridiculous service and exorbitant parts prices. </p> <p>Gary & Mark and Chantelle of TurboCare Benoni, thank you so much for your superior service, wonderful attitude and delivering on your promise. I would recommend you in a heartbeat.</p>
