Turbo TV repairs stole my TV

Originally these guys impressed me. Their call out service was amazing. The trouble started when I asked them to come back because it had failed again. They have no been promising to return the TV for 2 weeks. Everyday there is just something new. Lost phones, flat tyres, vehicle incidents. They dont communicate. At this stage I am afraid I may have to buy a TV to replace the one they seem to have ******.
