A company showcasing glory days gone to get work ending in disgrace installation

It took me a while to decide on how to approach this. After getting no joy from Turbo Tech in previous conversations I again slap this on Hellopeter. After hearing a loud bang from the engine compartment and a sudden loss loss a lot of power, just one idea went through my mind: "The turbo, here we go again!" The car was towed to Autofix and they sent me a report with photo's before they carried out any work. The compressor shaft seems to have sheared off and both turbines ripped to shreds. The reason for it was the coolant feed tube to the actuator was twisted allowing only 10% flow. The actuator arm to the waste gate was bend in such a way that it kept it from opening. The oil drain looks like it came from a modified bathroom fitting. And then, cherry on the cake, worst of all the air intake pipe was too small not fitting over the intake mouth so it was shoved inside and sealed with silicon. The heat shield was then nicely re-installed over everything. I was told by the technicians the reason that the engine cuts out when it reaches 3000rpm is because of over-boost and that the ECU needs to be reprogrammed because of a larger turbo that was installed. They unfortunately did not have the capacity to do it. It might've been the case, but a poor installation like what you've done in this case cannot be corrected by any reprogramming. You've this is now going to cost more than 65K to fix Turbo Tech's mess!!! I've now read quite a few unpleasant reviews for this auto shop and I think it best to close the doors.
