Turbo Replacement Ivy Road - New Germany

We sent our turbo for our vehicle to be completely overhauled by Turbo replacement as that vehicle had a brand-new engine replacement - after fitting the turbo, the vehicle ran for 800km and the turbo seized, we took turbo back to Turbo replacements in IVY Park and the refused to uphold warranty on the turbo. We ended up buying another turbo from a different supplier and that turbo has now done over 4000km and no problems at all with the vehicle or turbo. They claimed that the turbo they had overhauled had no oil being received to it, my question is how no oil can be received by the turbo if the vehicle has oil and has not had any issues since we replaced the turbo with another supplier's turbo? We would just like to advise clients out there when replacing your turbo, or having them overhauled, make sure you use reputable companies that uphold the warranty the claim they offer. Otherwise, you get half-baked answers from the supplier. just so they do not have to replace the part. very poor after sales service. We will not support this company again.
