Terrible company

My wife had her turbo redone by turbo replacement it cost her R5100 ,she paid them immediately for there work,approximately 2 months later the turbo packed up again,her mechanic took it back for it was still under warranty ,these people proceeded to come up with 3 different stories about why it broke again,I've tried to contact the owner several times and gone to the shop to try sort out the problem, yet he refuses to return my calls or to see me at the shop,he now wants to charge my wife another R6180 to do another repair,there SERVICE is shocking and obviously there workmanship is even worse,we don't have that kind of money I'm shocked and disgusted in this company
