255lph fuel pump

I bought the fuel pump just under 2 months ago and only got to fit it a month ago, after fitting I took car 2 weeks later to a tuning shop to get car tuned. car was starving for fuel, I was advised that the fuel delivery was inadequate. I then proceeded to do a fuel line upgrade as I was told by Turbo replacements that they have never had any issues with the fuel pumps. after doing fuel line upgrade the car did the identical thing and I immediately called the company. the person I spoke to said I need to get a second opinion on the pump and then he'll see what he can do. I did an have swapped the pump out with a spare one that my cousin had, the issue was solved. when I called back to check about replacement, the guy said he cannot do anything. I feel very cheated, as I'm a full time student and hence have no time to work on my car and this is the reason the pump stood at home for a month before fitting. I wish to notify all of the defective product that was supp**** and the loss of money on the now s**** pump that is not serving it's purpose. it is rated to 500hp and cannot even supply fuel for my car which is only making about 134hp.
