Refuse to honor warranty, non existent after sale

Dealt with Durban Branch to recon Turbo. Given one year warranty as per invoice. On installation turbo was not functional. Immediately drove back to Turbo exchange to resolve issue. On opening the turbo at the branch it was discovered that the Turbine nut had come loose and broken the blades of the turbine. Their workshop manager Michael removed the nut by hand and *****ed it back on. We were then told to go back and remove the turbo to return to them to honor warranty. Upon returning to them they refused to disassemble the turbo if we did not bring them the oil feed pipe. On taking the oil feed pipe through they thereafter took 10 days before we had to call them to find out what was going on. They then advised us they would not be honoring the warranty. To add insult to injury we were treated rudely and dismissively. I am completely disgusted that a company that is a part of the Imperial Group can behave so unprofessionally. I even took my complaint to head office in Johannesburg and dealt with Patrick Williams who is the National Operations Manager and even he sided with behavior of the Durban staff. So that's the kind of service you get from Imperial these days. Disgusting!
