Fail to give refund on faulty supp**** part.

<p>New turbo core purchased and installed. Within 100kms broke due to manufacturing fault. Part returned and after being checked by supplier found to be a factory fault. 7 days later still waiting for either refund that should have been done on card machine as payment was done by credit card. Every excuse used and told each time tomorrow no tomorrow. When will it happen?</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
