Appalling Turbo city, Booysens service

I am receiving an appalling service at thus shop and the end does not seem nigh. I dropped my turbo on the 7th October 2019 with the promise that i would get a quotation by the 8th, which never happened. On the 10 they notified me that they were waiting for a part delivery on the 11th and then i can collect my part. I still had no clue of the quote. On the 14-10-19 I popped in to collect my part and was told that it would be ready by the afternoon. On Tuesday another excuse came, then on Wednesday I was told that they had completed the job and were waiting to balance the turbo and hand it over to me. furthermore i was promised that on completion of the job they would call me. On Thursday upon arrival at 14h00, i found that there was no work done and asked for the job to be cancelled because I have found MWM to supply me a new turbo. The Manager was leaving Kempton Park. I returned at 16h40 to find that my turbo is not available. I told them in front of a police officer who was also about to fall victim to their tricks that i was no longer keen to wait and would collect my broken turbo and we agreed. At 16h50 while on the freeway, I got a call from the receptionist to say my turbo was actually fixed. I honestly font trust this *********s, they have not quoted me and neither do they want to release my turbo which is not fixable. During this time I am wasting my valuable time frequenting their place to request my broken turbo. They want to make me look unreasonable and carry on treating me like an imbecile. I think they survive on promising things that they cannot deliver. I just want them to return my broken turbo and avoid playing tricks with me. I don't know how much this job would cost anyway even if they were to eventually perform some miracles. Please assist!
