Services not renderd

Martin from TAC, has been paid by a client named Mr Jara R2200 to fix his turbo on his Ford Ranger. Martin was paid on the 09/06/2021 to fix the turbo. It has been over a month now, Martin has been ducking and diving with Mr Jara's money, and keeps on saying next week. Mr Jara is no longer interested in TAC's services, he only wants his money back.
