Why pay for something I didnt order

I am very disgusted at Tupperware south Africa. Im a regular buyer, I buy things from them every month. I saw this microwave reheatable lunch box on their book. It had a divider, and that's the reason why I wanted it. I ordered 2. When that lady selling them came back, they had no dividers. She says she did inform them at Tupperware and they told her they don't have them and I still have to pay for them as they don't take returns. LIKE REALLY???? WHAT KIND OF ******* IS THAT. I WILL NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE BUY ANYTHING FROM TUPPERWARE AGAIN. I REGRET THE DAY I EVER WASTED MY MONEY ON THEIR PRODUCTS!!!!!
