Where is my goods or my refund - waiting 7 weeks already

In the middle of Febuary i ordered some tupperware from an paid the money to her. Was told they goods would be delivered within a week. Two weeks later i queried and was told the Tupperware was having issues with delivering in my area. Waited another 2 weeks and no delivery. I asked for a refund which they said they would do. 7 weeks later and no goods and no refund. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE
