Where are my orders???

Im really disappointed in the service im getting from Tupperware southern africa...this is for the 3rd time im getting my orders very late...its been 3 to 4weeks since im waiting for orders...customers are on my neck day by day asking me if their orders haven't arrived yet...what do I say...everyday lies and excuses im tired of this...someone from Tupperware please call and let me know where are my orders and what's the cause of the delay ***
