very rude lady

I returned a broken Tupperware bottle on the 15th of July 2015, I was told to come back after 3 months, nothing about receiving a msg or call. I then go to Tupperware in pinetown yesterday and the have a sign saying they open 12pm on Thursdays due to stock taking. I got there at 12:30, opened the closed door and Joey asks me if I received a sms or call and when I rep**** no she say \Im not open"I asked her what timeshe will open and she \""maybe later"
