VERY DISAPPOINTED

It is unacceptable that products offered on special are showing as in stock and available on your system but then I get told week after week by my consultant that certain items are not available, and then he gets told 'but we are busy' when he asks where my stock is. If it wasn't for the paying customers where would you be? Last time ever that I will purchase your products.
