VERY BAD ETHICAL SERVICE

My wife is a Tupper sales person for Tupper in Bloemfontein. She has sent in her orders on more than one occasion in time via email. The Tupper Office state they received it. Then 2 weeks later she is told that there was no attachment. The office personnel here in Bloemfontein are so pathetic. One gets the idea that they serve their friends first and then tell those they do not like that there is no stock. They should shut them down. Getting money back is also a huge problem. The person at the office is known as Erica. She runs the office as if it is her company and refuses anyone to speak to the Management. Tupperware refuses to answer any complaintmails nor enquiries. BEWARE of Tupperware in Bloemfontein.
