Utter ************** Bad Customer Care NO RESPECT FOR CLIENTS

Tupperware promise you that you can exchange a product that is a defect. I am single SENIOR CITIZEN Pensioner lady, who drove all the way to Port Shepstone, my nearest town to exchange a rice cooker of which the one handle broke. THE PORT SHEPSTONE RECEPTIONIST WAS EXTREMELY RUDE, DID NOT EVEN GET UP FROM HER SEAT OR TO RETURN MY GREETING, WAS IN NO WAY INTERESTED IN MY STORY.

THERE WAS A RICE COOKER STANDING RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY EYES SHE REFUSED TO EXCHANGE IT BECAUSE....it was L A S T months special, it is available but SHE WILL NOT GIVE IT TO ME!!! I have NO other choice to regard this as blatant ************** and ****** of who I am. She had NO identification on her and when I said I will contact the lady I usually buy from, Vasti, she said' SHE WILL NOT HELP OR ASSIST YOU"

I said to her she have no choice to exchange it and she said I can forget about it she WILL NOT EXCHANGE IT.

I said to her I will address this matter with VASTI, the Lady I have been buying from for the last 5 years, SHE SAID (VERY RUDE) SHE WILL ALSO NOT HELP YOU!

Tupperware should not be associated with this kind of attitude, it CAN/WILL do their name a lot of damage.

THIS IS THE TYPICAL EXAMPLE, BEHAVIOUR OF A EMPLOYEE RECEIVING A PAYCHEQUE!!!. THEY didn't build the business and they dont care, DONT GIVE A DAMN HOW THEY TREAT THE PUBLIC....WHO IN FACT IS THE ONE THAT PUT HER BREAD ON THE TABLE. Tupperware should really focus on training and people's skill and customer care before they just employ people who don't know the basics of Customer care.
