Unhappy Tupperware Customer

I started last year October 2020 to bought Tupperware to support my friend, I bought the eco 9220 A-1 , the bottle is convenient and not to big just nice. Last week the 26 April 2021 my husband and I decided to go out took our bottles filled with water, the next moment the bottle fell and my husbands bottle cracked , I took photo's send it to my sales lady and Tupperware came back to her and they refuse to replace my bottle. These bottles not the same make as Tupperware years ago, I'm so disappointed and unhappy , I feel like never again I will support Tupperware.. They make promise they cant keep " We will replace if it brakes" Tupperware are dishonest ...
