Tupperware south africa

I have been buying so much tupperware over the years having full confidence that they will replace broken tupperware as the "lifetime guarantee" states. I have changed tupperwares before with no problems. I am highly disappointed . The recent returns that I took to tupperware in brakpan , they refused to change stating that it's not broken in the correct way in order for it to be replaced. So every item that I took was broken due to general wear and tear . All that money gone to waste now that they refused to change it. I have cupboards full of tupperware which I bought with confidence thinking that it holds this "great" lifetime guarantee. (None of the tupperware was damaged due to melting).
