Tupperware Roodepoort

I was advised to return your product to the nearest distributor in Roodepoort. On Friday the 18 May 2018, i was given GUARANTEE REPLACEMENT REQUEST Serial No:915279 to fill but it was almost closing hour, i was sent home with the receipt to complete it. Saturday 19 May 2018 @ 10:50 i returned the Tupperware plus GRR. I was told it was not possible to return the Tupperware at Roodepoort branch because it was not purchased there. Kindly assist on how to resolve this matter.
