Tupperware Quality

Hi I would like to reach out to Tupperware with a heavy heart. I could not find a social media Acc to directly appeal to you. A few months ago we purchased the 1litre bottle which came as a combo with a lunch box. Sadly the bottle is now leaking and this speaks to quality. We really are not happy about it because we use it to carry filtered water as tap water is *************. Please can I have a response with a solution. ***
