Tupperware on fir lane - Durban

<p>My review is more on a tupperware store and not the product tupperware. </p> <p>So everytime somethings goes on a crazy special we either get a picture being bc or see it in the book. So what happened a little while back is that we got a very big order for the crazy special and rushed to tupperware to get it only to find out it was sold out and they can only give is 2 per person yet we had already received orders for it. So we went with the flow not suspecting anything. </p> <p>Today what happened was same like the last time there was a crazy special so we went to tupperware on fir lane in durban and they said it was a misprint but they will give 2 per person after persistence they agreed with 5 altho our order was 20 . So we called a friend in joburg asked her to get from their headquarters and told her themail story about misprint. When she gets to tupperware they tell her it's not a misprint and they suppose to give as much as u need . Then headquarters phones the owner at fir lane. Anyways she comes out and asks if we phoned headquarters by mistake we said yes because indirectly it was us . And she got really made and told us to leave the store and we're never allowed to buy from there again and infront of everyone she's humiliating us and saying she will make sure she gets us deleted from tupperware and we won't be allowed to purchase again . She also told her cashiers to delete us off her system . </p> <p>Well one thing is for sure here is that they not abiding by tupperware rules . They themselves are buying the products on special holding them back and selling them at full price . </p> <p>The owner is hiding something otherwise why else would she get so angry about the headquarters finding out and why would they say it's a misprint. And no respect for their customers at all. Really pathetic. </p>
