Sticky containers

I have reported my issue on their website but no response as yet. I purchased 8 lunch containers from them a few years ago. 4 of these containers are sticky and smelly so unable to use whilst the balance 4 are perfectly fine. I also purchased a container that fits a loaf of bread, the lid is tearing at the sealing joint so the container does not close. I only buy Tupperware products and all my other containers are perfect. Please can i get assistance from Tupperware SA as there is no response via their website. Thanks, Colin
