Poor quality no value for money rude customer service

Thanks for reading my complaint but my problem has not sorted out yet..... i handed over my container to kagiso mall distributor the lady was so rude and arrogant, she just does not know how to handle complaint , she was so angry to learn that head office actually send me to tell them to take my container to head office for investigation. This lady thinks own Tupperware but the gentleman was very helpful . I am done with supporting Tupperware i am going back to Addis, at least you not scared to complain in shops tha sells Addis ....head office lady was the best
