Poor Quality and Rude Stuff Members

I purchased a Tupperware bottle from one of your representatives on the 29th of July 2021 at a R130.00 and on my fourth day using the bottle I accidentally dropped it and it cracked open, yes the bottle was not empty when it fall it had juice (I bought the bottle for that sole purpose), I than returned the bottle to the consultant on the 6th of August only for her to return the bottle to me this morning the 27th of August and inform me that Tupperware in Deco park refused to exchange the bottle because it must have been from the deep freezer and had ice in it when if fall and the truth is I have never placed the bottle in the freezer or let alone the fridge, I am pregnant I do not even keep water in my fridge or drink cold beverages it is winter for crying out loud.

I have been purchasing Tupperware from the same consultant for years and the only problems we encounted was stock shortages were I would get my orders a month or two after I had paid that I understood but this time around your service was very poor and I am disappointed at how your consultants seem to think they have super power and can just look at a product and know what went wrong with it.
