Poor quality and high price on goods

Bought my teenage child a bottle recently to use it to school, it feel and broke in to pieces. I took it back to a representative and she told me they no longer accept damaged goods. The reason i pay a lot of money for plastic its because of its life time guarantee. I contacted Tupperware a week ago no response to date.
