Poor customer service

The staff is not friendly at all, they are so mean and not helpful, they assume everyone who goes there knows what to do m, they do not offer any assistance instead they give side eyes and pass mean comments....I have never dealt with such ignorance in the retail space I have many times asked why am I even joining this scheme it’s as if they doing me a favor by me being there
