Pathetic ****************

Tupperware has a lifetime guaranty on their products, On 09/05/2019, I went to the store in Middelburg and handed in 2x Tupperware products. It was a red Micro cook and a blue Sand keeper. I have been to the store several times now and they could not find my replacement products. The one lady is very ****** and speaks to everyone in Afrikaans and has no professional way of talking. She screams and raises her voice. On 28/02/2020 I went to the store. They found my products and found out that the lady who helped me (Jane Msuthu) had taken my items home. I was very upset as this shows how they must be *****ing all other customers products as well. Eventually a lady came out and said that they found my products. she brought 1x very small Tupperware which was not even the same size . The 2nd item was a Sand keeper but had cartoon characters on it. As a 45 year old male , I will not take such a Tupperware with my lunch to work. The lady said she would sort it out and call me on Monday. I still have not heard anything from them. It has now been 10 months an I still have not received my Life Time Guaranteed Tupperware Replacement
