No feedback from Tupperware

I order an item in 2017. I used it for the first time that Dec. I noticed that the item is leaking. After that I used two more times with the same result. I reported it to the sales lady. She asked me to give it to her so she can handed it in. Dec 2018 I asked her when can I get my item on which I was told she forgot to handed it in. So I send an email earlier this year to tupperware customer servieces. And up to now, I received no feed back
