Missing incentives that's been signed off by manager

Any advice on how to go about incentives and demonstration kits that's been signed off by a tupperware warehouse manager which I can't get.I emailed the manager and tupperware SA and called numerous times. I even went to the store to collect my incentives but its missing in action.I drove more than 200 kms to collect my incentives .To obey the tupperware policies seeing that my manager couldn't get it. No 1 ever came back to me.
