Misleading marketing

I bought a bottle juice from tupperware 750ml it is broken and I took it back to the sales lady i buy my tupperware products to get it replaced as on their book they have a life time guarantee for such only for her to come back and tell me she was advised they do not replace or fix anymore while they still have the guarantee terms on their lastest book<br> <br> iam so disgusted about the lies after paying so much money and not getting satisfaction
