Manager with an attitude

I recently signed up with Tupperware and I was allocated to Zanele who is my manager. Her manager is Patience Khwereza and Zanele asked me to ask her for assistance should she not be available. I then started asking Patience for assistance and she was so rude and has been giving me a lot of attitude and being extremely unprofessional. I thought she would be of assistance as she is a manager however her rudeness has given Tupperware a bad name as I have told my clients to rather shop somewhere else because Tupperware employs unprofessional people like Patience Khwereza. Because of this, I have left Tupperware and have decided to find another side hustle because I will not tolerate people like her. I get around 10 clients a week now they’re gone because they say that I always bring their orders late, and it’s not even my fault. I am very dissapointed.
