LIFETIME WARRANTY

tupperware offer a lifetime warrantee but their attitude and service will probably kill you. in about march or april i gave in 4 cereal containers to be replaced under their warrantee. only in the middle of july, after months of being shifted pillar to post did they eventually replace 3 of the 4, but gave me 4 other containers with lids which did not fit. i emailed Musa(?) and she just ignored the emails -no surprise there. today she called to tell me they supp**** the correct stuff (why would i query it if they did) and i must work through the sub-agent where the huge delay started. their attitude and service stink.
