Life Guarantee what a joke

I have been a loyal customer . But recently decided that the cheap containers with NO guarantee is the best way. One buy the most expensive Tupperware with a life guarantee. Just to find that once you have tupper that needs replacement you can forget to ever see your very expensive goods. Tupper consultants take it from you with a promises in 6 to 8 weeks your items will be replaced...... I'm waiting now for 8 years one simple container thought maybe the consultant did not hand it in made same error 3 years ago and again in January 2015. Nobody takes a name or contact where they can reach you to return te goods no record given to you the customer.... so i have no proof of what I had & was \******"back by Tupperware . Will never buy Tupper or promote it. Poor customer service"""
