Lack of customer care523677

For 38 years I have been purchasing Tupperware and some weeks ago sent numerous email. The case number was522677 and after sending more email I was eventually told a lady called Estelle would call. Yesterday I tried once more and complained about the lack of customer care and sadly Tupperware do not.I have had no response. They promise a guarantee on their products which does not exist sadly and all I wanted was advice on how to get a new lid which cracked on a storage container. I will never buy or recommend another Tupperware ever due to poor customer service. We don't matter and they do not follow up on correspondence or answer their telephone.
