Incentives not received

I joined Tupperware in August 2017 under Cherry Sales. I used to reach my target each month but I never received any incentive. I told the team leader Lien she said it's because we were moving from Cherry Sales to Cosmo. I've been patient and listening to Lien's stories. I haven't received any of the incentives as they will push you to reach your target for the month.
