how long does it take

i took some broken items to this outlet on 17 november 2015 <br> Its now 23 february and i cant believe there is still no action<br> Is this what you call service<br> I tried to phone the 0800 number and the phone just rang until it disconnected<br> Obviously no one at tupperware actually works or cares about their customers
