Great Customer Service From Tupperware Head Office

I recently had terrible service with a Tupperware representative and wrote up a review regarding the issue. My issue was not with Tupperware itself, I just felt that they needed to deal with the person, who had no reason for being with Tupperware than just wanting the discounts. After my review I had a phone call from a wonderful lady from Tupperware who assured me that the representative would be dealt with. Tupperware agents who know their job have been extremely helpful in assuring that I received my product and their customer service was fantastic. I would advise anyone who has had an issue with an agent, just contact Tiffany in customer service and she will endeavor to help you in every way. At the end of the day I am extremely happy with the level of service I received in resolving my issue.
