Empty promises, LIES, do not join

Lies about their incentives and recognition awards. You work for the incentives but get nothing out of it. ALL LIES... The contact centre are no use. Advertising products that are not delivered. Empty promises. Don't become a demonstrator. You only get told what to do, get a rude attitude from Managers and end up begging for things you worked hard for. And you have to lie to your clients if the Tupperware not showing up on delivery days. You need to pay for the products upfront, only to find out that it is not there to be delivered to your clients.
