dishonest Tupperware and consultant

I gave 3 items to a consultant in Paarl, Anita. This was last year around 15th of Sept. I started to ask what is happening around 3 months after I gave Anita the goods. The only answer I get, ' it is send to head office'. I do not think the intention is to replace the stuff. I asked to get the damaged good back, but with no answer. Or the consultant did not send it to head office, or send it to head office in her name and got the goods back and just did not give it to me, or Tupperware is not honest in what they promise. I will never support tupperware again.
