Disappointed with Pinetown branch

Pinetown branch, the lady that is managing it, today took a misery pack and items fell off it, she accused me of opening the package and forced me to pay for it, how would I have done that, as a manager I would think she will understand but she was so rude, I paid for it but did not really need it, please look in to it
