Customer dissatisfaction

I went to Tupperware branch in Pta West next to Quagga Centre to enquire about the exchange of Tupperware lids. 2 burned whilst warming food and 1 just cracked out of the blue. When I got to the reception I got this rude and disgusting attitude from agent Ben. He told me that they wont exchange as they are burned and I intentionally cracked the other one. In my sober mind, adult as I am, can I really and intentionally destroy the lids which I bought with money and the love of Tupperware?? He then pointed a counter where I can buy them. The lady said they no longer have the lids in stock. The funny thing is that the agent I bought the Tupperware from posted the very same lids on her what's app this week. I will never buy Tupperware again and wont advise any of my family or relatives to buy them.
