Complain

I ordered Tupperware at dynamic Roodepoort last month, I went to pick up n some of the things were finished and I left with some and with my invoice as well. A week after I went back with my invoice to pick up my shortages, when I arrive there, one of the packers, Nico, he said I've send someone during de day to pick up my things, I said no how can I do that and after come back with an invoice to pick up, he didn't want to help me until I told him that m going to take legal action against them, he then said he's calling his boss to ask him what to do, I waited there for an hour, he then gave me my stuff, no apologie nothing, I wasn't treated OK by dynamic Roodepoort, after I have been their demostrater for long time
