CANNOT RETURN AN ITEM WITHOUT THEIR RESELLER

I am currently stuck with two space savers lids that are damaged. I cannot return these items for repairs because I must first find the person whom I do not know who is selling tupperware who can then take my lids and go request for their replacement. I have asked a number of people I see selling tupperware in malls around my residence and nearer to my work if they can be able to return these lids for replacement.

They all cannot assist me because they are saying I should return them through someone I bought those tupperware from. The person who sold me the tupperware long time stopped selling tupperware.

So what should I do now
