BAD SERVICE, BAD ATTITUDE, BAD PRODUCT NO AFTER SALE SERVICE

I bought a Tupperware dish and whilst in use filled with potato salad I dropped the dish when taking it out of the fridge. A whole piece of the dish BROKE OUT as if it was glass. Since December 2016 I have been trying to get this dish returned to the agent who originally sold it to me. She is from Stellenbosch. She does not sell Tupperware anymore. I finally called Saralien at Tupperware this morning and her attitude was like I must bring the dish to their warehouse in Southern Suburbs because when you buy something from a shop you take it back to the shop. I work in Stellenbosch (where I actually bought the Tupperware dish). She gave me the name of an Area Manager (she claimed it was in the area where I live - Brackenfell). This person is actually from Somerset West and I never go to Somerset West. I A M BEYOND MAD WITH TUPPERWARE AND THEIR BAD SERVICE AND ATTITUDE. DO NOT SELL **** TO PEOPLE IF YOU CANNOT STICK TO YOUR LIFELONG GUARANTEE. YOUR SERVICE STINKS!!!! NEVER EVER WILL I BUY A PIECE OF TUPPERWARE AGAIN. ALL THE AGENTS ARE TRYING TO GET RICH OVERNIGHT AND WHEN THEY REALISE IT IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN THEY STOP BEING AN AGENT AND THAT IS WHERE THE BUYERS NIGHTMARE BEGINS!!!!
