Bad bad service

Hi I buy Tupperware now for years and this is the first time I have n problem. I have two of the same containers and my grand sun play white it in the kitchen. And he is 22md old and he drop them the one cracked and the anther one have n chip in it. And I went to Witbank branch and they so rooth so I just want to now what to do because I can go and by plastic container from pick a pay. And the people in Witbank I will never do business whit them and recommend no body to by Tupperware. I hold on for 30min *** no one answers the phone
