Appalling service from staff and managee

I bought a lot of tupperware over the years and I took them in to be replaced in January. Up to date my tupperware are not back. The attitude of the manager in kempton park tupperware is appalling the staff members attitude is exactly like the managers no one is willing to help me get my tupperware and some were not even sent to be replace because they 'the staff and the manager' feel I have personally damaged them they have the nerve to lie and tell me they called me when they never did. I want my tupperware as I've spend a lot of money on it and after receiving this I will never buy from tupperware ever again
