Amazing Service from Tupperware

I had taken a number of my old Tupperware (items that had been damaged due to wear) to the local Tupperware distributor. Unfortunately, when I received the replacements, I noticed that one of the items had been replaced with something with an item that I already had, and completely different to what I had handed in. After being told that these items arrived from the factory like that, I left totally disappointed. I emailed the Tupperware customer service department expecting no response or one of those auto response messages that customer service centres are known for these days. However. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email from Tiffany Russon, early the next day. She provided feedback to me and followed up with my query. Within three days I had the correct replacement item. She has been incredibly helpful.
